One of Pardo's laws says that the universe is in motion, but it does not necessarily expand from a point source.

For example, if we travel on a highway at 100km / h and another vehicle passes at 120km / h, we will see that it moves away (redshift) and if the one behind it does it at 80km / h, we will see that it also moves away even if it travels in the same way. In the same way with vehicles in other lanes if those in front go faster than those behind. Therefore, this example shows that there must not necessarily be a point of radial expansion since the same observation results from a linear observation.

Under these conditions we would be traveling in a strip of visible space in a linear and non-concentric way, which also gives the possibility that in another strip of the non-visible universe the same thing happens in another direction and direction and what fuels the movement of a strip is produced by another relatively close. Thus obtaining a multidirectional dynamic universe and only observable by certain fringes.

This new concept completely distorts the Big Bang theory, which has been talked about for years, and proposes a new path today.

The theory of Pardo, of the operation of the universe is called Flujo de Campo, Field flow. He does not speak of the origin of the universe, since he considers that there is no origin, but a functioning.

Speed ​​bands where the galaxies travel in the same direction, rotating in a ring, decompressing and compressing, the speed being the last. They all hit red. Furthermore, it is not one, and all the rings are intertwined with other universes.

Una de las leyes de Pardo dice que el universo está en movimiento, pero no necesariamente se expande desde un origen puntual.

Por ejemplo si viajamos en una autopista a 100km/h y otro vehículo por dela te lo hace a 120km/h veremos que se aleja (corrimiento al rojo) y si el que viene detrás lo hace a 80km/h veremos que también se aleja aunque viaje en el mismo sentido. De igual modo con los vehículos en otros carriles si los que están delante van mas rápido que los de atrás. Por lo tanto este ejemplo demuestra que no necesariamente debe existir un punto de expansión radial ya que la misma observación resulta de una observacion lineal.

En estas condiciones estariamos viajando en una franja del espscio visible en forma lineal y no concentrica, lo que también da la posibilidad que en otra franja del universo no visible ocurra lo mismo en otra dirección y sentido y lo que alimente el movimiento de una franja sea producido por otra relativamente cercana. Obteniendose así un universo dinámico multidireccional y sólo observable por determinadas franjas. 

Este nuevo concepto desvirtúa por completo la teoría del Big Bang, de la cual se viene hablando desde hace años, y propone un nuevo camino en la actualidad.

La teoría de Pardo, del funcionamiento del universo es llamada Flujo de Campo, Field flow. No habla del origen del universo, pues considera que no existe un origen, sino un funcionamiento.

Franjas de velocidades en donde las galaxias viajan en el mismo sentido girando en anillo descomprimiendo y comprimiendo sediendo la velocidad a la última. Todas dan al rojo. Además no es uno, y todos los anillos están entrelazados con othos universos
